**Job Description**:
**Job Description & Responsbilities**
- Lead and coached the team in troubleshooting, resolving, and understanding SAP interfacing requirements - ECC, BW, HANA, SCM, SOLMAN, CRM, PI/PO, GTS, TMS, EWM, C4C, Callidus, BODS and Hybris
- Develop and/or maintain procedures to manage technologies and tasks based on "best practice" standards for tasks such as system refreshes, backup & recovery, error detection, SAPGUI deployment, background job monitoring/scheduling, and Disaster Recovery Procedures.
- Provide guidance and management to the SAP Basis team
- Evaluate, install, and test Support packs and Kernel upgrades
- Maintain system integrity and maximize uptime
- System refresh and Client copy
- Solution Architect and Designing
- Support Database team on Database Upgrades/Migration
- Work with operations teams and functional teams to ensure successful project implementations
- Work with 3rd party vendors to implement technology initiatives and resolve problems/issues/bugs
- Managed systems/ EWA/Alert configuration in Solution Manager
- Coordinate/Manage on call support.

- Experience in SAP products such as ECC, BW, HANA, SCM, SOLMAN, CRM, PI/PO, GTS, TMS, EWM, C4C, Callidus, BODS and Hybris.
- Strong knowledge and experience in HANA and SLT
- Experience in Solution Architecture and Designing
- Hands-on experience in SAP Upgrades
- Experience in working on Databases - Oracle, SQL, SAP Hana and MaxDB.
- Technical knowledge of SAP infrastructure on Linux/Windows environments
- Experience in Performance monitoring & tuning, interface troubleshooting and landscape optimization
- Knowledge and experience in SAP Java stack administration and Solution Manager are a strong plus.
- Experience in Datacenter Migration and Disaster Recovery
- Experience in setting up transport management system and working with transports
- Experience supporting mission-critical system and ensuring 24x7 availability of production system.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritizing and controlling own workload and deliver in a timely fashion.
- Effective contributor to project teams and possesses excellent written and oral communication.

- Working experience on capacity planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related discipline, or equivalent experience required;
- Minimum 14+ years of SAP BASIS Administration
