**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to translate concepts into technical drawings.
- Preparing architectural approval drawings
- Detail working drawings
- Conduct site visits to ensure designs are implemented accurately and assist in resolving on-site challenges.
- Assist in preparing detailed project reports, including cost estimates (preferred).
- Coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or degree in architecture, drafting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD** is mandatory
- Experience in **interior design**, **residential projects**, or **landscape architecture** is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and technical drawings.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
