**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, and projects aligned with the curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress through exams, projects, and other evaluation methods.
- Encourage and support student participation in coding competitions, tech events, and clubs.
- Provide academic support, mentorship, and guidance to students.
- Stay updated with developments in the field and integrate new technologies and teaching strategies.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of student performance.
- Participate in department meetings, training sessions, and institute events.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or diploma (if applicable).
- Proven experience in teaching or training in a classroom or institute setting.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with educational tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital platforms.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for students of varying skill levels.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring young minds.
- Team-oriented, organized, and adaptable.

**Preferred Qualifications (Optional)**:

- Experience with AI, Data Science, or Cybersecurity.
- Industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle).
- Experience in curriculum development or academic content creation.
