Rashtr is seeking a talented and creative Textile Designer to join our team. As a Textile Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating unique and culturally inspired têxtile designs for our fashion collections. You will collaborate closely with the design team to develop innovative prints, patterns, and fabrications that reflect the diverse cultural heritage and aesthetic vision of the brand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design team to conceptualise and develop têxtile designs that align with the brand's aesthetic and vision.
- Research global fashion trends, cultural influences, and historical references to inspire new têxtile concepts.
- Create original têxtile designs, including prints, patterns, and fabrications, using traditional hand-drawing techniques or computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Develop colour palettes and colour-ways that enhance the visual appeal and marketability of têxtile designs.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the feasibility and scalability of têxtile designs for production.
- Create detailed technical specifications and production-ready artwork for têxtile designs.
- Conduct print and pattern repeats, colour separations, and fabric manipulations as needed.
- Collaborate with the production team to oversee the sampling and production process, ensuring that têxtile designs are executed accurately and to the highest quality standards.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, techniques, and technologies in têxtile design and printing.
- Maintain organised records and documentation of têxtile design assets, including print files, colour references, and production notes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Textile Designer, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing original têxtile designs and creative ability.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of têxtile printing techniques, colour theory, and fabric construction.
- Excellent understanding of print repeats, colour separations, and production processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Passion for fashion, cultural diversity, and creative expression.

**Salary**: ₹10,922.07 - ₹20,000.00 per month
