**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Financial Statement Preparation**:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement).

**2. Financial Record-Keeping**:
a. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

**b. Bookkeeping**:
Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and journal entries.

**c. Accounts Payable**:
Process vendor invoices, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely payments.

**d. Accounts Receivable**:
Manage customer accounts, process payments, and perform collection activities.

**e. Financial Statement Preparation**:
Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

**3. Compliance**:
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.

**4. Financial Analysis**:
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**5. Internal Controls**:
6. Knowledge of GST & Income tax will be an added advantage.

**Maintain and enforce internal control procedures.**

**Eligibility**:
1. B.Com/M.Com/MBA-Finance/ or equivalent

2. 0 to 1 yrs of experience in accounting, preferably in retail.

3. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally / Accountswell).

4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.

5. Analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Good communication and organizational skills.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

8. Knowledge of building materials industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
