Cameraman/woman

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated **Cameraman / Camera Operator** to join our team. **Freshers are welcome to apply** — if you have a good eye for visuals, basic knowledge of camera work, and **your own camera equipment**, we want to hear from you This role involves capturing high-quality footage for short films, web content, interviews, and other visual media projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate your own camera equipment during shoots to capture professional-quality visuals.
- Work under the direction of the Director or Production Head to achieve the desired shot list.
- Set up camera angles, focus, and framing as per creative requirements.
- Manage camera gear, including setup and breakdown at each location.
- Ensure footage is well-lit, steady, and properly composed.
- Coordinate with the sound and lighting crew (if available) for smooth shooting.
- Knowledge of gimbals, tripods, and basic lighting setups

**Requirements**:

- **Own camera (DSLR / Mirrorless / Professional Video Camera) is compulsory**:

- Basic knowledge of camera operations, angles, and shot composition
- Passion for filmmaking, videography, or content creation
- Willingness to travel and shoot on-location
- Punctuality, reliability, and good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly on set

**Preferred (But Not Mandatory)**:

- Familiarity with basic video editing is a plus
- Any academic or informal training in film/video production
