Job Descriptions **Sales Executive - (Showroom Sales)** We are hiring a "Retail Sales Officer/ Executive “for our upcoming luxury retail store. **Organization - **The Aurum Studio **Job Role - **Retail Sales **Functional Area - **Retail Sales in Luxury Segment, Business Development, Customer Relations **Job Responsibility** Greet customers and show them the products Explain the products Clarify their doubts Suggest other products based on their requirement Help them choose the right products Send them away with a great customer experience Cross-sell products Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records. Ensure that the **showroom sales target, as well as the assigned individual target,** are met. Keep an inventory check of the products. Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager. Ensure that all reporting (written and verbal) is submitted to the Showroom Manager as per the defined timeline and formats. Responsible for handling customer complaints and resolution at the shop floor level. Will be responsible for billing & preparing sales orders for smooth processing of customer orders **Requirements**: Any degree Role - Counter Sales Industry Type - Consulting Functional Area - Sales, Retail, Business Development Employment Type - Full Time, Permanent Role - Retail Sales Understanding of the retail sales process. Excellent communication and presentation skills Excellent relationship-building skills with customers. Ability to perform in luxury driven environment.
