**Job Description**:

- Ability to develop 3D BIM models of electrical and telecom systems and components using Revit on all different LOD levels 300, 350, 400 & LOD 500.
- Ability to create accurate and detailed documentation for electrical and telecom systems, including drawings and schedules.
- Have a good background of design and shop drawings preparation using software such as AutoCAD, Revit and Microstation.
- Coordinate with other disciplines such as architecture, structural, mechanical, and plumbing to ensure that the electrical systems are integrated properly into the overall building design.
- Conduct BIM clash detection analysis using Revit or Navisworks to identify and resolve potential clashes or conflicts between the electrical systems and other building systems, such as structural elements and mechanical equipment.
- Good communication skills and coordination with the team.
- Background of civil 3D would be more advantage.

Background of engineering software such as Dialux would be more advantage.

**Qualifications**:
Diploma in Electrical

Additional Information

**Job-Specific Skills**: Electrical design software, calculations, codes and standards construction stages, Competent skills in Revit.
