Work from Office position.

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Work Timings: 9.30am to 6.30pm

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Lead and develop SEO initiatives for trending topics and soft news, across all Ideovate Research Pvt Ltd brands.
- Execute day-to-day search initiatives, including news and trends research, keyword research, content gap analysis, optimization of existing content, and competitor analysis.
- Execution as well as monitoring of all SEO activities and generating targeted leads from SEO efforts. Building keyword ranking and driving more and more traffic to websites.
- Capitalize on major events and tentpole topics to maximize search traffic
- Conduct performance analysis and leverage data to continually refine strategy
- Determine impact on evergreen content
- Create best practice documentation for trending content and influence cross-department workflows
- Stay on top of SEO/Publishing industry news and search algorithm changes
- Developing a long-term SEO strategy with a strong focus on mobile web & Desktop web SEO along with advanced knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Identify & monitor traffic acquisition KPIs. Take ownership and build out the toolset for SEO traffic analytics.
- Lead technical site analysis, competitive analysis, and content strategy.
- Create and implement an aggressive SEO strategy (on-page and off-page) based on in-depth research and analysis.
- Perform ongoing technical SEO audits, backlink analysis, content analysis and opportunity identification.
- Collaborate with paid search to feed SEO findings into broader online and offline media strategy.
- Share new developments within the team and thereby enable superior service to company brands and websites.
- Analyzing website as per Google changes and Working experience on Google analytics.
- Develop and implement link building strategy.
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
- Proven 1-3 years of experience as an SEO Executive.
- In-depth knowledge, and hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AHREFS, Moz, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience with SEO & Quality GA reporting with an Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Ahref, Screaming Frog, MOZ, SEMRush) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Omniture)
- Highly proficient in Excel/Word/PowerPoint with the ability to analyze data and prepare reports presentation

**Salary**: Negotiable as per industry standards
