Currently we are looking **for the position of Cloud Architect 4**

The Cloud Architect 4 leads the creation and execution of strategic cloud architecture initiatives driving innovation and ensuring the seamless integration of complex cloud solutions across the organization. This role involves setting architectural standards, mentoring teams, influencing and implementing the overall cloud strategy to support long-term business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and execution of cloud strategy ensuring that architectural decisions align with the organization’s long-term goals and objectives.
- Design and oversee the implementation of complex cloud architectures integrating diverse technologies and services to create cohesive solutions.
- Establish and enforce architectural standards and best practices driving consistency and quality across cloud solutions and deployments.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to define cloud strategy roadmaps and business cases ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Perform advanced risk assessments and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies addressing security compliance and operational risks in cloud environments.
- On call responsibilities
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new cloud technologies and tools assessing their potential impact and benefits for the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement in cloud architecture practices utilizing feedback performance data and industry trends to refine and enhance architectural approaches.
- Manage large-scale cloud transformation projects ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and in accordance with architectural standards.
- Operate as a trusted advisor on issues and trends; provide general consulting services leveraging expertise and significant best practice knowledge
- Operate as an innovative thought leader; contribute significantly to the overall growth and quality of the department through knowledge sharing and coaching on current best practices and market trends
- Mentor coach train and provide feedback to other team members; provide feedback to leadership on abilities of team
- Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland’s Information Systems Security Policy.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Cloud Architect
- Mastery in two or more general purpose programming languages
- Expert level understanding of public cloud services with platforms provisioning IaC
- Mastery with CI/CD of Software delivery, specifically GitHub Actions
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or Equivalent
- Excellent software modelling skills covering information domain process state security logical and physical architectural views.
- Excellent organizational multi-tasking and time management skills
- Excellent data gathering interviewing and analytical/problem solving skills
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others; effective at gaining consensus
- Mastery with build environments and delivery pipelines
- Excellent collaboration skills applied successfully within team as well as with all levels of employees in other areas
- Excellent oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with a variety of cross-functional roles with occasional executive presence
