Position: Civil Draftsman
- Location: Homemake Architects, Panampilly nagar, Ernakulam
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Experience: 3+ years
- **Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed architectural working drawings and detail drawings under the supervision of architects and engineers.
- Convert rough sketches, specifications, and other data into detailed drawings.
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software proficiently to create accurate drafts.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to incorporate design changes and modifications.
- Assist in the development of construction plans and documentation.
- Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and clarity.
- Maintain organized documentation of drawings and revisions.
- Provide support during the construction phase by clarifying drawings and addressing site queries.
- Stay updated with industry trends, software advancements, and relevant standards.
- **Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
- Knowledge of architectural drafting principles and techniques.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
