We are looking for an experienced Senior ETL Tester

**Key Responsibilities**
- 6+ years in ETL testing, with strong expertise in Azure Data Platform and SQL skills
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Azure-based ETL pipelines.
- Validate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) across Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Data Lake.
- Perform data reconciliation between source and target systems, ensuring completeness and correctness.
- Work closely with Data Engineers to resolve transformation and integration issues.
- Set up and maintain test environments in Azure.
- Manage test data preparation, masking, and anonymization as per compliance requirements.
- Track and document defects using Azure DevOps, or similar tools

**Key Requirements**
- Work closely with Data Architects, ETL Developers, and Business Analysts to understand business requirements.
- Contribute to improving ETL testing frameworks and best practices in Azure.
- Mentor junior testers and help drive automation initiatives.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for test management and CI/CD integration.
