**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Support**: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparation of sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
- **Order Management**: Coordinate the processing of sales orders from customers, ensuring timely and accurate order entry, tracking, and delivery.
- **Customer Communication**: Serve as a point of contact for customers, handling inquiries related to vehicle models, availability, pricing, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.
- **Inventory Coordination**: Work with the inventory and procurement teams to monitor vehicle stock levels, manage backorders, and ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers.
- **Documentation**: Ensure that all sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and delivery receipts, are accurate, complete, and processed promptly.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain and update sales reports and track progress against sales targets, providing regular updates to the sales manager and team.
- **Lead Management**: Assist in managing incoming sales leads, ensuring that inquiries are routed to the appropriate sales representatives and follow-up is conducted as needed.
**Profile Requirements**:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An automotive-related qualification is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative role, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite, CRM software, and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of automobile products and industry trends is desirable.
- Attention to detail with the ability to handle complex paperwork and contracts.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service orientation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
