**MIS Executive**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
FMS, PMS, and IMS Checklist Management: Developed and maintained FMS, PMS, and IMS Checklist Delegation sheets in Google Sheets for efficient tracking and compliance management.
- Data Analysis & Automated Reporting: Conducted in-depth data analysis and created automated reports using Google Sheets, transforming raw data into actionable insights for decision-making.
- Advanced Google Sheets Functions: Utilized advanced functions like VLOOKUP, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, Pivot Tables, Filter, Importrange, and custom formulas to streamline data processes and improve efficiency.
- Google Apps Script Development: Developed and implemented custom Google Apps Scripts to automate workflows, data validation, and synchronization across multiple platforms, improving team productivity and reducing manual tasks.
- Data Cleaning & Transformation: Performed regular data cleaning and transformation tasks, ensuring datasets were ready for analysis and reporting.
- Training & Support: Provided training and support to team members on using Google Sheets functions, Apps Script, and best practices for data management.
- Process Improvement: Identified and implemented process improvements for data entry, reporting, and analysis through automation with Google Apps Script, saving significant time and resources.
- Dashboard Creation: Designed and maintained interactive dashboards using Looker Studio to present realtime data and key performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Google Sites Integration: Developed and managed Google Sites for internal documentation and dashboards, integrating live data from Google Sheets and Looker Studio to provide centralized access for team collaboration and reporting.
