‘COLORS’ is Viacom18’s flagship brand in the entertainment space in India. A combination of ‘emotions’ and ‘variety’, COLORS, launched on 21st July 2008, offers an entire spectrum of emotions to its viewers. From fiction shows to format shows to reality shows to blockbuster movies - the basket contains all ‘Jazbaat Ke Rang’. ‘COLORS’ is dedicated to promoting ‘cohesive viewing’, through shows such as Udaariyaan, Bekaaboo, Parineetii, Junooniyatt, AgnisakshiEk Samjhauta, Pyar Ke Saat Vachan Dharampatnii, Saavi Ki Savaari, Suhaagan, Naagin, Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal, Bigg Boss, and Khatron Ke Khiladi amongst others.

**What will you do ?**:

- ** Ideation and Conceptualization**: Generate creative and compelling promo concepts to effectively showcase our content and brand. Craft ideas that align with the brand's identity and resonate with the target audience
- ** Brand Understanding**: Develop a clear understanding of the brand's values, mission, and goals. Stay updated on new media initiatives and incorporate them into promo concepts
- ** Promo Shoot Management**: Direct and oversee promo shoots, ensuring the vision is executed effectively. Collaborate with production teams, talent, and crew to achieve high-quality visuals
- ** Conceptualization and Scripting**: Analyze communication objectives of creative projects and translate them into strong concepts and scripts. Craft engaging and persuasive scripts that convey the desired message
- ** Editing and Graphics**: Manage basic video editing and graphics tasks to enhance the visual appeal of promos. Ensure the final output meets quality standards and aligns with the brand's aesthetic
- ** Cross-Functional Coordination**: Coordinate with telecast, programming, and scheduling teams for the seamless dispatch and telecast of promos. Collaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to on-air branding
- ** Adaptability**: Willingness to take on additional responsibilities beyond the scope of the role as needed. Flexibility to embrace new challenges and contribute to the team's success
- ** Experience**:A track record of 8+ years in producing promos for TV, Digital shows, and Movies. Strong grasp of film craft and a keen enthusiasm for learning more
- ** Professional Background**:Previous experience within agencies, production houses, or broadcast is preferred
- ** Innovator**:An innovative thinker with a proactive problem-solving attitude, who demonstrates a good sense of aesthetics and proficiency in visual treatment
