**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and maintain communication between guardians and teachers.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information and address queries effectively.
- Maintain records of conversations and follow-ups systematically.
- Work responsibly and independently while achieving daily/weekly targets.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction through clear and polite communication.

**Requirements**:

- Comfortable and confident in speaking over phone calls.
- Fluency in English, Bengali, and Hindi (spoken ).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work responsibly and manage tasks independently.
- Prior experience in telecalling/customer service will be an added advantage.

**Job Details**:

- **Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- **Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month
- **Incentives & Bonus**: Attractive performance-based incentives and bonus for outstanding work.

**Location Details**:

- **Training Location**: Barasat, Duckbunglow More (3 Days)
