We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled **Scrum Master II** to lead and support an Agile development team by fostering collaboration, driving efficiency, and instilling Agile principles. In this role, you will be pivotal in enabling the team to deliver high-quality products, removing impediments, and ensuring seamless communication across stakeholders and teams.

**Responsibilities**
- Observe the team's work and continuously identify improvement areas to enhance efficiency
- Support team members in adopting and implementing Agile ways of working
- Guide the team on self-organization to improve effectiveness, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Effectively influence Product Manager/Product Owner and Agile team to drive the product roadmap forward
- Proactively identify impediments, seek pragmatic solutions, and escalate when necessary
- Use creative techniques to lead problem-solving within the team
- Share knowledge of Agile practices to cultivate learning and growth
- Build strong relationships by addressing stakeholder needs and aligning with business goals
- Facilitate clear and effective communication internally and externally with the team
- Influence behavior constructively without formal authority
- Advocate for quality practices and DevOps principles
- Coordinate with other teams to enable seamless cross-team collaboration
- Lead and manage one Agile team to ensure alignment with objectives

**Requirements**:

- IT experience of 12-17 years
- 3+ years of experience working with Agile teams, with a strong understanding of Agile values, principles, and practices
- Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SAFe 4.0 minimum, ideally 5.0 or newer)
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid mode, including office presence
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and manufacturing-related technological processes
- Capability to collaborate with teams to identify innovative solutions
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring expertise
- Self-motivation and capacity to maintain focus in dynamic and distracting settings
- Proficiency in leveraging team-level metrics to drive retrospective discussions and improvements
- Familiarity with Agile work management tools
