Role Description:
As an Academic Curriculum Designer/Academic Counselor at SAR Edutech Ltd, you will be responsible for

designing and implementing early childhood curriculum and pedagogy. You will play a pivotal role in

planning and executing academic activities, including the creation of academic activity planners, lesson

plans, and curriculum designs. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to students, assisting

them in utilizing educational tools effectively to excel academically.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement early childhood curriculum and pedagogy that aligns with educational standards and

best practices.

Create comprehensive academic activity planners and lesson plans to facilitate effective teaching and

learning processes.

Design and revise curriculum materials based on feedback, research, and evolving educational trends.

Provide guidance and support to students, assisting them in understanding and utilizing educational tools

and resources.

Foster a creative and innovative learning environment that promotes academic excellence and student

engagement.

Collaborate with educators and stakeholders to identify areas for curriculum improvement and

development.

Stay updated on advancements in educational technology and instructional methodologies to enhance

teaching and learning experiences.

Utilize computer skills effectively to create, organize, and manage curriculum materials and educational

resources.

Conduct training sessions and workshops for educators to enhance their understanding and implementation

of curriculum designs and pedagogical strategies.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, or related field. A

Master's degree is preferred.

Proven experience in curriculum design, pedagogy, and educational planning, preferably in an early

childhood education setting.

Strong knowledge of educational standards, curriculum frameworks, and instructional methodologies.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Highly creative and innovative with a passion for enhancing the learning experiences of students.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing educational requirements.

Prior experience in academic counseling or student support services is advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
