**BIM Electrical Modeler**

**Job Role & Description**:
We are looking for a **BIM Coordinator & Modeler / BIM Design Engineer** to join our team with a minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with clients to create detailed models based on their needs, including identifying project goals, objectives, and constraints
- Developing construction drawings and other design documents using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Communicating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all parties are on the same page
- Coordinating with other members of the BIM team to ensure that all components of the model are up to date
- Creating 3D models of buildings using computer aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Creating 2D drawings of building elements such as walls, columns, windows, doors, plumbing, electrical fixtures, etc. using architectural or engineering software packages
- Creating 2D models of building components such as structural supports, stairs, railings, and columns
- Developing drawings to show how construction will take place based on the design provided by architects or engineers
- Extensive experience in the use of Autodesk software such as Revit,Naviswork, Autocad MEP.

**3D modelling (Revit preferred)**
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year
- Note : Minimum 6 Months of experience in Working on MEP & BIM.
- Should have experience in Revit or any BIM Software.
- Able to communicate with Client & Meetings.
- Coordinate with modeler's and client for an on-time deliverables on projects.

**Immediate joiners are preferred**

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
