**We are hiring for the role of “Audit Manager”. We are looking for capable individual who can lead a team the job description is as follows**:
The Audit Manager will be responsible for the financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting financial data, as well as assisting with the preparation of audit reports. Audit Managers will manage a team of junior auditors or accountants, reviewing their works and providing guidance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing audits of financial statements.
- Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from various sources.
- Prepare working papers and documentation to support audit findings.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information for audits.
- Support the audit team in completing audits within set deadlines.
- Help prepare reports summarizing audit findings and recommendations.
- Participate in audit meetings and discussions.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and financial data.
- Maintain Client interaction

**Qualifications/Skills Required**:

- Master’s degree in related field /CA pass or fail.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS).
- Basic knowledge of auditing practices and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with accounting software (SAP) is a plus.
