We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Legal Advisor to guide our organization on legal matters and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Handle disputes, claims, and legal proceedings in coordination with external lawyers when required.
- Support management in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Keep the management updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company.
- Conduct legal research and provide reports on relevant issues affecting business operations.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies as necessary.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); a Master’s degree or specialization is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a legal advisor or in corporate legal practice.
- Strong knowledge of Indian laws, corporate governance, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide practical solutions.
- High ethical standards and integrity.

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per week
