**We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry/OCR Executive. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately input data from various sources into our database system using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology where applicable. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in data entry software and OCR tools, and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize OCR software to convert scanned documents into editable text.
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into the database system.
- Verify and correct any discrepancies in the data entry process.
- Ensure the integrity and security of all data entered into the system.
- Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Perform regular data quality checks to identify and resolve errors.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data entry and confidentiality.
- Generate reports and provide analysis of data entry activities as required.
- Stay updated on advancements in OCR technology and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in data entry or a related field.
- Proficiency in using data entry software and OCR tools.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of data.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
