Aspire Square Group is looking for the Tele counsellor who will be responsible to obtain clients information, and to source data for additional members of the target audience.

If you are ready to take up these duties and responsibilities of Tele
- Handle Customer's Inbound and Outbound Calls.
- Solving Queries, Telling Them About Study Visa/PR.
- Calling Prospective Clients and Setting Appointments.
- Maintaining Healthy and Cordial Relations with Clients.
- As a Tele-Counsellor, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely.
- Converts inquiries into sales by answering inbound/outbound telephone calls.
- Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls.
- You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company.
- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
- You should also note down important notes during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by our staff.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Any Bachelor Degree holder can apply
- No experience required/ Fresher can apply
