Key responsibilities of a hospital pharmacist include:

- **Medication review and dispensing**:Carefully reviewing prescriptions for accuracy, checking for drug interactions, and dispensing medications to patients as directed by the physician.
- **Patient counseling**:Providing information to patients about their medications, including dosage instructions, potential side effects, and proper storage methods.
- **Clinical consultation**:Collaborating with healthcare professionals to assess patient medication needs, recommend appropriate drug therapies, and adjust dosages based on individual patient factors.
- **Drug therapy monitoring**:Tracking the effectiveness of medications and identifying potential adverse drug reactions.
- **Formulary management**:Participating in the development and maintenance of the hospital's drug formulary, selecting the most appropriate medications for patient care.
- **Sterile compounding**:Preparing sterile medications, such as intravenous solutions, under strict aseptic techniques.
- **Quality assurance**:Maintaining pharmacy standards and procedures to ensure medication safety and accuracy.

Pay: ₹8,205.77 - ₹25,000.00 per month
