Stek Innovatoobs Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and skilled MIS Executive to join our dynamic team. The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Management Information Systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting of data to support decision-making processes within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) to capture, process, and analyze data efficiently.

Generate regular and ad-hoc reports as required by management, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

Collaborate with various departments to understand their data requirements and tailor MIS solutions accordingly.

Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot any discrepancies or errors in the MIS system.

Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively utilize the MIS system.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in MIS to recommend improvements and enhancements to existing systems.

Assist in the implementation of new MIS projects and initiatives, including data migration and system upgrades.

Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies regarding data confidentiality and security.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role, with a strong understanding of database management and reporting tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in the manufacturing industry or related field is preferred but not required.
