**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Want Analysis**:
- Conduct one-on-one assessments with each student to identify their learning preferences, strengths, weaknesses, and career aspirations.
- Develop personalized training plans based on individual assessments to help students achieve their specific goals.
- Continuously track students’ progress and make adjustments to their learning path as needed.
- **Aptitude and Reasoning Training**:
- Design and deliver comprehensive training on **Aptitude** (numerical reasoning, quantitative skills, logical reasoning, data interpretation) and **Reasoning** (verbal and non-verbal reasoning).
- Conduct regular practice sessions, quizzes, and mock tests to help students improve problem-solving speed and accuracy.
- Provide feedback and strategies for improving analytical skills and critical thinking.
- Ensure that students are well-prepared for competitive exams or job recruitment tests requiring aptitude and reasoning.
- **General Studies (GS) Training**:
- Develop and deliver training programs in **General Studies**, covering topics such as current affairs, history, geography, politics, economics, and science.
- Organize revision sessions and provide study materials to support students in mastering key concepts.
- Help students improve their general knowledge, particularly for exams, interviews, or career development.
- **Mentoring and Coaching**:
- Provide personalized mentorship to students, offering advice on career planning, goal setting, and time management.
- Guide students on effective study techniques, stress management, and self-motivation.
- Monitor student progress, identify learning barriers, and provide solutions to overcome them.
- Offer feedback on academic performance and support students in enhancing their overall learning experience.
- **Feedback and Reporting**:
- Regularly evaluate students’ performance and provide constructive feedback to guide their development.
- Prepare progress reports for each student, highlighting strengths, areas of improvement, and recommended next steps.
- Maintain a detailed record of training sessions, assessments, and mentoring activities.
- **Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with other trainers, mentors, and departments to align training and development programs with the organization’s objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in competitive exams or educational standards.
- Participate in team-building and professional development activities to enhance mentoring skills.

Pay: ₹10,846.53 - ₹35,838.41 per month
