**Job Requirement**
- Proven work experience as a Selenium Automation Tester or a similar role.
- Training and Communication Skills.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management.

**Skill Requirement**
- In-depth knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, and related automation testing frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# for scripting Selenium tests.
- Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with test management tools and bug tracking systems.
- Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools and Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Certifications in Selenium or software testing (such as ISTQB) are highly desirable.

**Qualifications**: Any Graduate degree or Equivalent with a strong academic records
