**Job Description**:

- To educate the patient about the malignancy, investigation, treatment plan, prognosis and side effects.
- Provide counselling to the patients & their families about cancer treatment.
- Plan and implement the treatment in a timely manner.
- Oversee the administration of chemotherapy to patients.
- Follow up with the treatment plan for each patient.
- Setup processes for consistent and continual monitoring of quality of care delivered.
- Establish accountability and ownership of deliverables across all team members/Jr. Doctors.
- Provide coaching, direction and leadership support to team members.
- Implement improved processes and management methods to ensure quality care provided to patients.
- Ensure clinical excellence through revenue generation.
- Ensure regulatory compliances and quality and quality accreditations (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers NABH) for the respective Centre.
- To involve in the academics related to Medical Oncology.
- To attend CMEs organized by the organization.
- Publish papers in journals for academic research.
