**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information on academic programs, admission processes, and career opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various channels, including digital campaigns, social media, and referrals.
- Understand student needs and provide personalized recommendations to help them make informed decisions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and enrollment goals.
- Maintain a detailed record of conversations and progress in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential students to enhance engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the student onboarding experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and educational advancements.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **2 years of sales experience**, preferably in the education sector, EdTech, or academic counseling.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Experience in handling high-volume calls and lead conversions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
