Job description
Job Title: Retail Sales Associate
Location: Jaya Nagar & HSR
**Responsibilities**:
Greet customers and make them feel welcome.
Assist customers in finding products and provide product information.
Conduct sales transactions and handle customer payments.
Maintain store cleanliness and visual presentation standards.
Restock shelves and organize merchandise displays.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
Participate in inventory management, including receiving and stocking products.
Promote store promotions and loyalty programs to customers.
Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications:
Fresher or Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
