**Position: Quantity Surveyor**

**About the Role**:
As a Quantity Surveyor at Team Azad Construction & Properties (P) Ltd, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient cost management, accurate estimations, and streamlined project execution. Your expertise will be essential in contributing to our commitment to excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimations for construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to refine project budgets.
- Monitor project costs, track expenses, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Prepare detailed bills of quantities and pricing schedules.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, subcontractors, and materials to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Assist in tender preparation and submission processes.
- Analyze project progress and variations, providing cost forecasts.
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction market trends and material costs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools.
- Strong analytical skills for accurate cost estimations and analysis.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration within cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
