Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and review incoming customer orders from various online platforms.
- Verify order details for accuracy, including product, quantity, price, shipping address, and payment information.
- Input order information into the internal order management system accurately and efficiently.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders, payments, and customer information.
- Monitor product availability and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure sufficient stock levels.
- Update inventory records in the system to reflect product availability accurately.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to replenish stock as needed.
- Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery status.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries related to orders, products, and shipping.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Generate shipping labels and arrange shipments with designated carriers.
- Ensure orders are dispatched on time and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accurate order processing and shipping.
- Address any issues related to incorrect orders, damaged products, or delivery delays.
- Handle customer requests for returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Process returned items, inspect their condition, and update inventory records.
- Generate and maintain reports on order processing metrics, including order volume, accuracy, and fulfillment speed.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis.
- Collaborate with customer service, finance, and other teams to resolve order-related issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot any technical issues related to the order management system.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Prior experience in e-commerce order processing, customer service, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using order management software and e-commerce platforms.
- Should know the Amazon, Myntra, & Flipkart Dashboards
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic understanding of inventory management processes.
- Familiarity with shipping and logistics procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of unicommerce,nimbus, pickrr, shiprocket, D2C Brands working on own website, online business is a plus point.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mode, IL 62444: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
