**Qualifications**
- Possess strong experience in SFDC Development and Customization.
- Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Have in-depth knowledge of SFDC Data management.
- Show proficiency in SFDC Configuration.
- Exhibit domain expertise in Communications and Real Estate Brokerage.
- Display excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Show capability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies.
- Possess a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
