Roles & Responsibilities
- Arrange travel accommodations for employees, Coordinate with the travel desk for flight tickets and booking.
- Liaise with external vendors such as insurance vendors, office supplies providers, etc.
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc.).
- Handle and keep track of Stationery items and materials requirements; Stationary management.
- Vendor coordination, verification of bills against admin supplies & documentation, filing and tracking of the same
- Pantry Management (Daily consumption and ordering material)
- Ensuring proper dispatch of documents and parcels both, within and out of the office and dealing with postal authorities and courier agencies; Courier Management
- Handling printing-related jobs, e.g., Visiting cards, Letterheads for HO & sites.
- Manage Administrative cost & budgeting, provisioning, bills receivables & payables.
- Bills and invoices receivables/approving and passing to a/c department for payments of all vendors.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices.
- Verifies invoices and orders to reduce errors.
- Copy, digitize, and file office documents.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
