**Job Title**: Tele caller - Digital Marketing

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases or leads.
- Introduce and explain the company’s digital marketing services (e.g., SEO, social media, PPC, website development).
- Understand client needs and suggest appropriate services.
- Schedule appointments for the sales/marketing team.
- Maintain a record of calls, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools or Excel.
- Follow communication scripts and handle customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a tele caller, telesales representative, or similar role (digital marketing experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus.
- Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Comfortable working with targets and under pressure.
- Good command over Hindi and English (regional language is a bonus).
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
