Managing day-to-day operations of the center, including project management, financial management, and data-driven decision-making with Team.
- Strong understanding of the DDU-GKY, PMKK, State Skill Projects, Samagra Shikha, skill development industry, government projects, student mobilization, Liaoning with NSDC, SSC’s, government departments.
- Ensuring quality: Developing frameworks and procedures to ensure quality teaching, curriculum development, and student well-being.
- Overseeing staff professional development and manpower requirements.
- Ensuring student attendance and facilitating student placements.
- Building effective relationships with stakeholders and liaising with employers for student exposure visits.
- Planning, executing, and monitoring skill development projects.
- Developing direction for cross-center partnerships and delivery of services.
- ensure delivery of projects, revenue booking and collections.
- Travelling for the development of the business is must.
**Eligibility Criteria**
- Completed Master’s degree(s) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in the relevant field-similar Skill Development Project (NSDC/PMKK other State Government Project).
- Strong organizational ability in handling wide ranging tasks and detail oriented.
- Excellent communication skills - Verbal & Written.
- Effective Leadership qualities.
