**About W Health Ventures**

W Health Ventures is a Boston-based venture capital firm focused on helping build the future of healthcare delivery. Founded by serial technology entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist Sunil Wadhwani, W Health invests in and incubates early-stage companies that **address critical unmet healthcare needs** leveraging technology and AI in the US and India.

W Health has set up **India’s first Venture Studio** in health to create and launch **20-25 digital health service companies in the next five years**, with plan to nurture each of these companies to generate maximum revenues with five to seven years of operations. The first three companies are focusing on areas like obesity, chronic pain and contraception.

W Health has also **led the investments** in the following companies: AI-based mental health platform - **Wysa**, personalized chronic disease management solution - **BeatO**, phygital care platform for individuals with type 2 diabetes in the US - **Ryse Health** and virtual clinic for men’s and women’s wellness - **GHC.Health**

**On a day to day basis you will be involved in following tasks**:

- Review content for project guidelines, grammatical issues, and plagiarism,
- Revert content pieces to writers on the platform and track for timely delivery,
- Edit content pieces for final deliveries,
- Work with Content Manager to further improve briefs, project checklists, and writer allocation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create content pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness,
- Produce content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers,
- Utilize SEO best practices to generate traffic to our website,
- Oversee our website, promote our blog and pitch articles to third-party platforms effectively,
- Work together with different departments to create innovative content ideas,
- Compose product descriptions to promote our products and services,
- Prepare well-organized drafts utilizing Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress etc).
- Assure all-around consistency for textual styles, pictures, fonts and tones in the content,
- Research industry-related topics by combining web sources, interviews and studies,
- Inspire and strengthen communities on social media to drive growth.

**Requirements**:

- Impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions
- Having 2-3 years of experience in writing demonstrated in professional portfolio can be blogs, website, articles, white paper
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
- Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
