**Responsibilities**:

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Sketch, InVision, and Visio.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and understand project goals.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and user feedback analysis to inform design decisions.
- Incorporate user-centered design principles into the design process.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines throughout all design deliverables.
- Translate design concepts into clean, semantic HTML, CSS (SCSS), and responsive web designs.
- Collaborate with developers to implement designs using React JS, Next JS, and Bootstrap.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and front-end development.
- Continuously seek feedback and iterate on designs to improve the user experience.

**Qualifications**:

- A strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, InVision, and Visio.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS (SCSS), and responsive web design principles.
- Experience with front-end development using React JS, Next JS, and Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
- Understanding of JavaScript and its interaction with UI/UX design.
- Experience with animation and motion design.
- Ability to create and maintain design systems.
