Landscape Architet

**Role description**:

- **Manage the departmental works of **_Landscape Team _**following **_ISO procedures _**set by the organization.**:

- **Provide landscape-oriented solutions for any project.**:

- **Provide softscape & Hardscape recommendation for **_value addition _**for tender & operating jobs.**:

- **Checking the works of **_agencies _**appointed by the clients & LnT.**:

- **_Attend meetings _**related to Landscape.**:

- **Ensure Actual BOQ is less than tender BOQ.**:

- **_Site visits _**if required to address site issues.**:

- **Provide support for **_EIA submission and approval _**:

- **Co-ordinate with **_External Consultants _**:

- **Must have membership/registration with ISOLA or any other **_Society of Landscape Architects
- **

**Landscape design scope of work to be done as follows.
- **Design, Drawing & Estimation of **_Landscape _**for Tender & Operating jobs.**:

- **Guide the **_3D model _**team**:

- **Preparation of **_Presentation PPT _**for client approval**
**- **_Specification & BOQ _**preparation**
- **_Guide and train _**the juniors and check their work**
**- **_Co-ordinate _**with Architecture, Structure & MEP**
- **_Appoint vendors _**and guide and check their works.**
**- **Guide the Standardization Team for preparing **_Landscape standard drawings _**.
