You'll collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality visuals for digital and print media, enhancing marketing campaigns and elevating the brand’s visual identity across platforms

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver structured training sessions on Photoshop Designer to students, both in the classroom and through virtual platforms.
- Create and update training materials, course content, and presentations that are relevant and up-to-date with industry standards.
- Conduct practical, hands-on exercises to reinforce learning and enhance students’ software skills.
- Evaluate students’ progress through assignments, quizzes, and practical assessments.
- Provide individual assistance to students and address queries to ensure comprehensive understanding.
- Stay updated on new developments in Photoshop Designer to integrate new techniques and tools into training programs.
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, and other learning events to enhance the learning experience for students.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to improve course offerings and student outcomes.
- Provide feedback to students on their performance and suggest areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience with Adobe Photoshop
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and editing skills
- Knowledge of design principles, color theory, and typography
- Attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to meet deadlines and multitask
- Familiarity with other Adobe tools (Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification or formal training in Photoshop Designer.
- Experience with additional software tools like MAYA, canva or luminar neo is a bonus.
- Experience in online teaching or using virtual learning platforms is a plus.
