**Responsibilities**:

- Organize repairs and replacement of internal stock
- Helping internal customers solve technical issues
- Hands-on experience in resolving hardware and software-related issues on all types of gadgets.
- Well-versed with repairs of Gaming Consoles and Accessories.
- Contact OEM customer service regarding faulty products to be fixed under warranty & visiting OEM service centers to fix/ repair products that are covered under warranty.
- Liaise with repair vendors/ suppliers to ensure stock is repaired and returned in a reasonable timeframe.
- Liaise with spare dealers and suppliers to ensure necessary spares are available for repairs.
- Descent knowledge of mobiles & Laptops repairing is an added advantage.
- Inventory Management and Asset Management experience(preferred)

**Required Skills**:
- Excellent grasp of spoken and written English
- Must have a passion for gadgets and technology
- Self Motivated
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Flexibility with night shift (24*7) when a need arises
- Interpersonal and conflict management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
