**1. Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and nurturing learning environment conducive to early childhood development.
- Establish and maintain daily routines and procedures to promote a structured learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour and implement disciplinary measures when necessary, employing age-appropriate strategies.

**2. Curriculum Planning and Implementation**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with curriculum standards and educational objectives.
- Foster holistic development, including cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills, through a variety of teaching methods and resources.
- Integrate technology and hands-on learning experiences to enhance student engagement and understanding.

**3. Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring**:

- Conduct ongoing assessment and observation of student progress to identify individual strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and developmental milestones.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's academic and social-emotional development, providing constructive feedback and support.

**4. Collaboration and Professional Development**:

- Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to create a unified and cooperative learning community.

**Qualifications**

**1. Education**:

**2. Training and Certification**:

- Completion of teacher training programs like B.Ed. or DECE.
- First Aid and CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification may be preferred.

**3. Skills and Attributes**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young learners.
- Creativity and adaptability to design engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
- Knowledge of child development principles and instructional strategies.

**4. Regulatory Compliance**:

- Adherence to child protection policies and procedures, including background checks and mandatory reporting requirements.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
