Experience
- 1 to 5 years

- Non-Banking Finance Company (‘NBFC’)

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Keep tracking outstanding debts.
- Plan course of action to recover owed money
- Locate and contact debtors
- Update account status and database regularly.
- Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable.
- Handle customers' questions or complaints
- Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans
- Build trust with debtors.
- Identify gaps in the system and recommend solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets of provided OD cases.
- Bucket resolution targets need to be achieved.
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS need to be prepared for your allocated Bucket.
- Responsible for building and managing a good-quality portfolio by overdue collection.
- Address customer issues promptly and resolve them with customer satisfaction
