**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk & Client Coordination**:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with a professional, courteous approach.
- Manage walk-ins, guest appointments, and client registration efficiently.
- Maintain and update CRM entries, appointment schedules, and visitor logs.
- Guide clients to demo areas (Home Theatre, Automation, Audio, etc.) and coordinate their movement within the showroom.
- Serve as a bridge between clients and the showroom demo staff for seamless coordination.
- Assist in showroom event setups, VIP walkthroughs, and client experience activities.
- Ensure the reception area is always well-organized and visually aligned with the brand.
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers for lead nurturing and follow-ups.
- Provide product/service information and respond to inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
- Maintain call records, feedback, and lead status in the CRM system.
- Help convert leads into showroom visits or virtual demonstrations through persuasive communication.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign-based calling or feedback collection.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi.
- Good interpersonal skills with a polite and client-focused attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and basic data entry.
- Comfortable with both in-person and phone-based customer engagement.
- Prior experience in luxury retail, tele-calling, front-office handling, or hospitality preferred.
- Well-groomed appearance, time management skills, and a proactive approach to tasks.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
