Executive - Solar Subsidy, Documentation & Portal Handling

Ahmedabad Gujarat, India POWERTRAC SOLAR PROJECTS LIMITED Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Upload project details, commissioning reports, and all required documents on relevant portals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, execution, and accounts) for required data and documents.
- Communicate with DISCOMs and government departments for approvals, clarifications, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as commissioning certificates, work completion reports, and beneficiary details.
- Assist in subsidy disbursement tracking and follow-up for pending payments.
- Maintain MIS reports for all projects under subsidy.
- Support in audits and compliance related to government subsidy schemes.

**Key Skills**:

- Basic understanding of solar project execution.
- Good knowledge of online portals related to government subsidy schemes.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and online forms.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Graduate in any stream (preferably Engineering, Commerce, or Science).
- 1-3 years of experience in subsidy documentation or portal work in the solar or renewable energy sector.
- Freshers with internship experience in similar work may also be considered.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,032.23 - ₹33,244.75 per month
