Job Summary:
We are looking for a organized Front Desk Executive to handle reception duties and provide administrative support. The role involves managing calls, greeting visitors, and assisting with day-to-day office operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors professionally.
- Answer, screen, and route phone calls.
- Handle mail, couriers, and general inquiries.
- Maintain the reception area and office supplies.
- Support admin tasks like scheduling, filing, and data entry.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and office management.

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

**Location**:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat (preferred)
