**Job Title**: Front Desk Receptionist
**Location**: Ahmedabad
**Reports To**: Office Manager / Administrative Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. This role involves greeting visitors, answering phone calls, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Provide accurate information to visitors and callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Coordinate with internal departments as needed
- Enforce security procedures, including visitor sign-in/out protocols
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
