**Job Title**: Graphic Designer & Social Media Content Creator

**About the Role**

Lakmé Academy Barasat is looking for a creative and trend-savvy **Graphic Designer & Content Creator** who can design visually stunning creatives, videos, and campaigns for our social media platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Design & Content Creation**
- Design high-quality static and motion creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
- Create posters, reels, stories, banners, and ad creatives for marketing campaigns.
- Design promotional materials for online and offline campaigns (posters, standees, hoardings, etc.).
- Capture and edit photos/videos during academy events, workshops, and student activities.
- Ensure brand consistency with Lakmé Academy’s visual identity and tone of communication.

**Social Media & Marketing Support**
- Work with the marketing team to conceptualize monthly social media calendars.
- Develop creative concepts for course promotions, admissions, festivals, and trending topics.
- Stay updated with the latest design and social media trends in the beauty, fashion, and education sectors.
- Coordinate with counsellors and management for event and student highlights.
- Support paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Display) with optimized visuals and copy inputs.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years (Freshers with a creative portfolio are welcome).

**Technical Skills**:

- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (mandatory).
- Video editing skills (Premiere Pro & After Effects preferred).
- Understanding of aspect ratios, ad design guidelines, and visual storytelling.
- Photography & Cinematography

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong sense of design aesthetics, color, and typography.
- Passion for beauty, fashion, and lifestyle content.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
