**About the Role**:
We're on the hunt for a creative and detail-oriented **Graphic Designer** with a strong portfolio in **YouTube-specific design**. You'll be responsible for crafting eye-catching **thumbnails**, compelling **channel banners**, and other visual assets to help boost engagement and grow our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging and high-converting **YouTube thumbnails** that grab attention and drive clicks
- Create professional and on-brand **YouTube channel art** (banners, icons, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with video editors, content creators, and marketing team to align visuals with content themes
- Stay updated with **YouTube trends**, best practices, and algorithm-friendly design tactics
- Manage multiple design projects while maintaining consistency and meeting deadlines
- Maintain and organize a library of design assets

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience designing for YouTube (please include portfolio)
- Strong skills in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator**, or equivalent design tools
- Understanding of **color theory, typography, visual hierarchy**, and YouTube branding guidelines
- Ability to create **scroll-stopping thumbnails** that are optimized for mobile and desktop
- Creative thinker with a strong sense of storytelling through visuals
- Excellent time management and communication skills

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience with motion graphics or animation (After Effects, Canva Pro, etc.)
- Familiarity with video editing and YouTube Studio
- Interest in YouTube culture and content trends across niches
- Adapt graphics for different formats and platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
