**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and update CRM or internal database.
- Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and company procedures.
- Schedule appointments or interviews as needed.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and conversions.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional language.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum HSC or Graduation in any field.
- Experience in telecalling, BPO, customer service, or HR calling preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Language**:

- Hindi and Marathi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
